Requesting an Activation Key for Conference Control Software

How can I request an Activation Key for Conference Control software?
Answer:
HARMAN Technical Support can generate the license key for you with using your name and your Product ID.
To get your Product ID please follow the instructions below:
- Run the Conference Control software.
- Click Settings.
- Click Product Registration.
- Copy your Product ID and your Name. Send these in an email requesting the Activation Key to your regional Technical Support:
- For Europe/Middle East/Africa send it to:
HProTechSupportEMEA@Harman.com - For US send it to:
HProTechSupportUSA@Harman.com
- For Europe/Middle East/Africa send it to:
A HARMAN Technical Support Engineer will be able to generate the Activation Key for you.
Once you received the Activation Key you need to paste it to the appropriate box and click Activate.
If it is successful, you should see “This product is registered to “your name” on the top of the app.
