How to access AcendoBook Panel via SSH:
You can use any SSH client but PuTTy is free and available from PuTTy.org, this guide will use PuTTy.
- Disable pseudo-terminal.
- If using PuTTy: Open SSH dropdown>Select TTY>Select check box for “Don't allocate a pseudo-terminal”.
- Enable session logging in your client.
- In PuTTY, select Logging.
- Select All Session Output.
- Click Browse to find a location to save the file and give it a name.
- Once you have disabled the pseudo-terminal from and enabled session logging, open the SSH connection to the panel.
- Default login: amx
- Default Password: 1988
- If the password was changed on the panel, the SSH password will be the password used to access panel settings.
Enabling EWSTrace and Logging:
Once connected via SSH and logged in, enable ewstrace logging.
- Send the command “ewstrace on"
- Send the command “msg on all"
- Let the log run until you are able to capture the issue
Once you have captured the log, send to the support engineer you have been working with in order to figure out what the panel is doing.
