EON ONE MK2 Microphone Level Adjustment
Table of Contents
Adjusting Microphone Level on the EON ONE MK2 Speaker:
1. Power on the EON ONE MK2 speaker.
2. Select the desired channel by pressing the channel’s rotary knob. This action initiates Channel Strip / Edit Mode. Only channels 1, 2, and 3 support microphone-level input.
3. Confirm that the channel LED remains illuminated. For example, when channel 1 is selected, the corresponding LED should stay on, indicating that the channel is active.
4. Adjust the channel’s GAIN value using the same rotary knob. The EON ONE MK2 utilizes automatic Mic/Line switching based on the gain setting. When the gain is set above the microphone threshold, the channel operates at MIC level.
Note: According to official documentation, gain values below approximately +12 dB result in LINE level behavior. Values above approximately +12 dB activate MIC level functionality. To achieve microphone-level operation, set the gain to exceed +12 dB.
Enable 48V Phantom Power if using a condenser microphone. This option is accessible from the Channel Strip / Menu. Phantom power is available on channels 1 and 2 microphone inputs.
