Locating Audio Architect Event Log Files

Question:
Technical support have requested the Audio Architect event logs for troubleshooting. Where do I find the event logs on my computer?
Answer:
Event log archive files are located in the following folder: C:\ProgramData\HPRO\Audio Architect\2.45.2.12
Notes
- ProgramData is a Hidden folder. Hidden items in the View menu must be enabled.
- File extension is .sdf
- File type is SQL Server Compact Edition Database File
- File name consists of “SAEventLog" followed by the date and archive number: SAEventLog_YYYY/MM/DD_XXXX
- The file with the highest archive number is the most recent.
- The folder name may differ depending on the version of Audio Architect installed.
