Disable Auto Switching on NCITE

Question:
By default, the NCITE-813 is configured to automatically switch between video inputs based on video presence. If this is not the desired behavior, this feature can be disabled within the web interface of the switcher by following the steps below.
Answer:
- Access the web interface of the NCITE by entering its IP address into any standard browser.
- Login with the following default username and password. Username: administrator and Password: password
- Click on the “Switcher" link.
- Click on the “Status Page"
- Check the box to disable “Auto Switching"
