Question:
If I click Login to Mojo Controller nothing happens.
Why don't I receive a popup in the bottom right corner of VSCode.
Answer:
You may not be receiving popups because do not disturb is enabled. Look in the very bottom right corner of VSCode for one of these bell icons. 
Left Click on the icon and at the top of the notifications window you will see another bell. Left click on it and choose Disable Do Not Disturb Mode. Doing this will allow the Needs Authentication window to appear which prompts you to login.
If you see Enable Do Not Disturb Mode then notifications are already enabled and you should be seeing the authentication prompts.
