Configure HDR on 2400 series encoders and decoders
Configuring HDR using N-Able
ENCODER
From the EDID page on the encoder select the HDR EDID from the drop down. Then select set EDID. Remember to disconnect the HDMI cable prior to setting the EDID.
Enable HDR by checking the box located in advance settings.
In the event that you do not have a HDR check box and are running a minimum firmware of 1.5.70, you can issue the following api commands.
setSettings:hdrMode:on\r
setSettings:hdrMode:off\r
Mode can be verified by isssuing the "getStatus" API command. The result will be in the form of,"HDRMode:enable".
DECODER
Simply plug in the HDMI to sync to the HDR display
