Can I change the input channel's routing point on the Signature MTK?

Answer:

No, on the Signature MTK the routing is fixed. The signal from the input channels of the console to the USB channel is post-gain only. This means that the signal is going out to the PC/MAC after the gain and before the EQ section of the mixer. This way it is less likely to peak the signal going to the AD conversion.
