I can recall a show or cues in a show so why do some channels not change?

Answer:

Setting Isolate on a channel is a handy way to cause that channel to not change when a show or cue is loaded or called. This is a wanted behavior for say, between show playback music channels that you want to stay steady as you load a different show file. This can be confusing if you recall a show and certain channels do not recall. When you push Select on any channel, look for the ISO to be lit above the Delay encoder in the Out section. If it is lit, that channel is in Isolate mode. To enable or disable Isolate, select channel and hit Inputs on screen. Set Isolate accordingly.
