How is Phantom Power activated on the mixer?
On the Signature Plus 12, 16, and 22 mixers, Phantom Power is activated simultaneously across all channels.
To enable Phantom Power, use the GLOBAL 48V Phantom toggle button. When Phantom Power is active, the button will remain pressed in, and a red LED indicator will illuminate to confirm that the setting is enabled.
On the Signature Plus 32, Phantom Power is activated in two groups:
• 48V Phantom 1-10: Engaging this button turns on 48V Phantom Power for input channels 1 to 10.
• 48V Phantom 11-29: Engaging this button turns on 48V Phantom Power for input channels 11 to 29 and the Talkback Ghost mic preamp.
NOTE:
Enabling Phantom Power will not affect compatible instruments or microphone inputs.
However, always follow the manufacturer's recommendations for any connected equipment before applying phantom power.
Does the unit have a Standby Mode?

What is the gain range?
