How to Daisy Chain EON ONE MK2 Speakers
Table of Contents
Overview:
Daisy-chaining JBL EON ONE MK2 speakers allows you to create a mono system with extended coverage by sending audio from one unit to the next. This setup is ideal for events, venues, or installations requiring consistent sound across larger areas without using multiple mixers or extra sources.
What You'll Need:
- Two (or more) JBL EON ONE MK2 speakers.
- Balanced ¼″ TRS cable (one per additional speaker).
Adjust volume/EQ per unit using each speaker's onboard mixer to suit the space.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Power on the primary speaker and confirm your audio is playing.
2. Locate the "Pass Thru" jack on the back panel of the “Host" EON ONE MK2 (it's a balanced ¼″ TRS line-level output).
3. Run a balanced ¼″ TRS cable from the primary “Pass Thru" to a line input on the second EON ONE MK2 (any channel from 1- 4).
4. Power up the second speaker and verify that audio is passing.
5. Adjust Volume/EQ per unit using each speaker's onboard mixer to suit the space. The Pass Thru menu is found under Menu>Mix Out & Time Align.
