Question:
My device will not connect and/or stay connected on USB-C?
Answer:
Use a cable with a real USB-C connector, not an adaptor.
We have had numerous issues with a USB-A cable that has a USB-C adaptor on end. These sometimes just will not work on USB-C ports, even if they work fine connected to a standard USB-A port without the adaptor. Using the correct cable with a USB-C connection, not an adaptor, usually makes a positive connection and will operate correctly.
