N2600 Encoder Rebooting When Showing Presentation Slides

Question:
My N2600 encoder keeps hanging/ rebooting when showing images/ static-content such as presentation slides, what could cause this issue?
Answer:
This issue is most likely caused by a misconfiguration with the network switch.
To resolve, check and correct as necessary the following switch parameters:
- Ensure that IGMP snooping is enabled/ running on the correct VLAN.
- Ensure that IGMP Querier is enabled/ running on the correct VLAN.
- Ensure that IGMP Querier is active on only 1 switch in the system for multi-switch installs.
- Ensure that Jumbo Frames are enabled on all switches where SVSi traffic is present.
