Deleting Client Gateways in RMS

Question:
Why can't I delete my client gateway in RMS?
Answer:
A client gateway must be reporting offline in RMS before you can delete it. To force a client gateway offline either disable the RMS connection in the client's web configuration or simply disconnect the client gateway from the network. Allow RMS some time to detect and report the client gateway as offline.
