Answer:
To get the RUSH MH 7 to accept the firmware it may be necessary to set the RUSH MH 7 into boot mode. Start the firmware upload in Martin Companion and then power ON the RUSH MH 7 a second or two afterwards. The RUSH MH 7 will display that it has entered boot mode, and it is accepting the firmware upload.
