Due to a bug in the software for the Atomic 3000 LED, the scroller detection can fail.
When the scroller is undetected it will still be working but the heat emitted from the strobe will result in damaging the color gels.
To check if a color scroller has been detected by the fixture, enter the display menu on the Atomic 3000 LED (see below for Menu layout).
There are no ways to force the fixture to detect a scroller; the only way to solve the bug is to update the software to the latest version.
