Question:
What functionality is not supported in Audio Architect with the CDi Drive Core amplifiers?
Answer:
Access Control/Event Filters No filter options populate for CDi Drive Core amplifiers.
Associate Amplifier You cannot assign CDi Drive Core output channels to rooms.
Rack Panels (Auto Rack Panels) These panels do not automatically populate for CDi Drive Core amps. They are accessed via the square white button that appears below the lower-left corner of a rack with multiple amplifiers.
Soundweb London Preset Proxy This option under Property/General is not available. This means CDi Drive Core parameters cannot be added to Soundweb London Parameter Presets.
Other Preset Restrictions
CDi Drive Core presets cannot be added to:
- The Scheduler
- Venue Presets
Soundweb London Logic Object Control CDi Drive Core parameters cannot be linked to Logic Objects. For example, using a Parameter Link with a Logic Source will not work—dropping the link on a CDi panel button does not add it.
Third Party Controller limitations
- Mute String Display Bug The string disappears when an output Mute value is changed.
- Hi Qnet subscribe strings These strings appear in the Third Party Controller object, but do not function when sent to the device.
- Workaround: Use Subscribe All
