How to reset the DXLink 4K60 products to factory settings?
Answer:
During power up if the ID Pushbutton is held until the LEDs go solid, then released, the module's factory firmware image will be restored.
Plug the module in to power while holding the ID button, the LEDs will begin to toggle back and forth in unison slowly for approximately 10 seconds then they will begin blinking faster, keep holding for approximately 10 more seconds and release the ID button when the LEDs go solid. This procedure affects both the firmware version and the settings of the device.
