Answer:
If you see this error message shown on the display it is possible that the license card is no longer located correctly in the card slot.
Solution:
- Remove all 5 screws from the top panel.
- Remove the top-center screw from the front panel.
- Remove the top panel.
- Locate the SD Card on the main processing PCB.
- Check the card is located securely by pushing the card into the slot.
- It should click into place and it should not be possible to slide the card out by ONLY pulling at it.
- Pushing on the card again will cause it to eject.
