The AES67 parameter for the Soundweb London device in Audio Architect must be enabled when the device is enrolled in an AES67 clocked Domain. If you do not require AES67 Clocking Mode in your domain, follow these instructions here.
Soundweb London Settings
Update the Firmware
There is a specific build of firmware for using Soundweb London in Dante Domain Manager [DDM] with AES67. Download the firmware in this article [v1.3.4.0] from the link on the right. -->
Import the Dante Firmware File for Product Version 1.3.4 into Dante Updater.
Update the Firmware on Devices used in the Domain.
Device Settings
The AES67 parameter is found under the device properties in Audio Architect.
- In Audio Architect, single click twice to highlight the Device in the rack.
- Select the Dante Tab.
- For AES67 Enabled select Yes.
- Go Online and load the devices.
This must be done for each Dante device in the Audio Architect file.
Dante Domain Manager Settings
This parameter is found under the Domain Parameters within Dante Domain Manager.
Note: This setting must match between Audio Architect and the setting in DDM for this Domain. Having a mismatch will affect Dante connectivity and result in loss of audio.
