What could cause N-Able to be stuck in the state ‘N-Able was not closed properly or another instance is open’, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the application?
Answer:
If persistently encountering this error and uninstalling hasn't resolved the issue, it's possible that one or more N-Able ini files (which persist after uninstalling) may be in a corrupted state.
To resolve, delete the files within the folders listed below, followed by reinstalling N-Able. Please note: removing these files will clear any configuration changes previously made to N-Able.
