Question:   Answer:

Question:

Why can I not see all the controls on my screen in Zonepro GUI Designer v3.2 on Windows machine?
Sometimes, items on the screen are cut off or not even accessible.

Answer:

Proper scaling of the display on computer is needed for Designer to show all windows and items  and select “Display Options"correctly.
If you find items on screen cut off or not accessible, your scaling is most likely not set to default 100%.  To check this:

1. Right click anywhere on desktop and select “Display Settings"

2: Make sure that the scale and Layout are at 100%. Any more than that setting and you will have issues in the GUI.

This should allow all items and windows in Zonepro GUI Designer to display correctly.
