Question:
How can I Daisy Chain PRX ONE Speakers?
Answer:
Daisy-chaining JBL PRX ONE speakers allows you to create a mono system with extended coverage by sending audio from one unit to the next. This setup is ideal for events, venues, or installations requiring consistent sound across larger areas without using multiple mixers or extra sources.
What You'll Need:
- Two (or more) JBL PRX ONE speakers.
- A Balanced XLR cable (one per additional speaker).

Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Power on the primary speaker and confirm your audio is playing.
- Locate the "Pass Thru" jack on the back panel of the “Host" PRX ONE (it's a balanced XLR line-level output).

- Run a balanced XLR cable from the Host “Pass Thru" to a line input on the second PRX ONE (any channel from 1- 4).

- Power up the second speaker and verify that audio is passing.
- Adjust Volume/EQ per unit using each speaker's onboard mixer to suit the space. The Pass Thru menu is found under Menu>Mix Out & Time Align.

Important:
Verify the option “Mix Out" is set to ON and “Mix Out Level" 0dB or more.
