​Incorrect labeling on VDO Sceptron 10™, 1000 mm fixtures:

​We shipped a number of VDO Sceptron 10™, 1000 mm fixtures, with incorrect information on the serial number label. The label with the incorrect information indicated a current draw of 0.3 A and power consumption of 11 W. We corrected this information in September 2015, and products shipped since then have had a correct serial number label. The correct information is: Current draw 0.9 A and Power consumption 33 W.

The information in the VDO Sceptron product specifications on www.martin.com and in the user manual has been correct – only the serial number label on products is affected.

We are sending corrected serial number labels to all Martin distributors. If you have bought VDO Sceptron 10™, 1000 mm fixtures with incorrect serial number labels, please check that your products have been installed correctly. Please also contact your Martin supplier to obtain corrected labels and please stick the corrected labels on top of the incorrect labels.
