Information
- Included is a folder called "Web". The folder contains the firmware needed to update the N3300D using the webpage address "http://<IP>/fwup.html" and upload the correct .bin file for the model.
Prerequisites
Units must be on firmware version 1.6.3 to update to any higher versions. Version 1.6.3 is included with version 1.7.0 .zip file.
Minimum N3300D Firmware:
- All units must be on version 1.6.3 before attempting the update.
**If needed or issues are encountered updating with N-Able, update the device with the desired version of firmware from the Web folder at the
link http://<device_ip>\fwup.html by uploading the .bin file to the firmware location from the Web folder.
N-Able PC:
The minimum version of N-Able must be 5.1.6,

Known Issues
- Stream compatibility may occur with the N2600S if the H26x firmware on the N2600S is not current.
- When switching audio independently from video, the audio may overlap the prior audio stream for a second or two before stabilizing.
- When HControl becomes idle after several hours communication may become lost
- Video record is unable to be shared via network path
- If using Dante dedicated to P1 video is affected
- Issues with using 802.1x EAP-TLS
