Question:   Answer:

Question:

How do I test my Notepad power supply?

Answer:

When testing a power supply brick for the Notepad mixer, start with the power supply un-plugged from the outlet and disconnected from the Notepad mixer.

  • Plug the power supply brick into the outlet.

Is the small green LED on the power brick lit when plugged in?

If the LED on the brick goes off when plugged into mixer, the mixer has a bad internal power supply and will need service.

This is a basic test, there are other factors that could cause false results.  For additional troubleshooting, please contact Technical Support.
