Do I need to purchase a new RMS License when upgrading from a previous version?

Answer:

If you are upgrading from a previous version of RMS Enterprise (v4.x.x), the existing license will remain valid, so no new license purchase is necessary.

If you are upgrading from RMS v3.3.x, a new license will need to be purchased.​
