What screws do I use for my Martin products?
Answer:
The type of screw that your Martin product uses can vary depending on the product. Most products use multiple screws of a certain kind. Martin provides a parts list on the support site with log in access, if you do not have login access or cannot find the screw you need, please contact our technical support department or our parts department for assistance.
The screws on our parts list are labeled with the screws specification using the metric system. If you have a screw you can just take measurement of the diameter and length, refer to the parts list of your product, and determine the screw you have.
Once you have the screw size, the abbreviation stands for the screws' head type. For example part number 08171305:
M12x40 cs allen shiny = metric diameter (12mm) x length (40mm) countersunk head type Allen driver color shiny.
