Problem: What to check: Attempted resolution:

  • No audio received from N2300 encoder
  • Interleaved multicast stream option matches on all devices
  • Toggle interleaved multicast option on N2300 or N4321 to match
  • No audio received from N3000 encoder
  • N3000 'Enable PCM Audio' option is checked
  • Toggle 'Enable PCM Audio' option
  • No audio from N4321 to N4321
  • Stream routing
  • check stream is not routed to transmit and receive on same N4321 device
