*** During the firmware update, the Varia Updater screen may not show. This prevents the user from tracking the firmware update progress. However, the firmware is updating. Please wait about 20-25 mins after transfer to observe that the firmware updated successfully.

****An issue has been discovered in 2.13.25, please take this in to account before updating.

Any button with a touch style of Active Touch that also has a bitmap image assigned to it, will stop functioning if you upgrade to 2.13.25.

Please only update if you need this firmware for listview fixes and are ok with the above information.

The workaround is to change the touch style of the button to Bounding Box.

This is being actively worked by engineering.

2.13.24 does not have this touch style bug so if your are just looking to update to a newer version it is available on amx.com.

* Multiple streaming videos can cause the G5 app to restart if the panel runs out of memory

* After changing persona from Manager, a panel reboot may be required for Manager to recognize the newly selected persona

* A firmware update may reset the display timeout to "Never Sleep"

* An Advanced Settings Reset may not revert Hostname, Proxy, or HControl name back to default values

* In Android 13, the Network Hostname is the same as the OS Device Name. If a custom hostname is required, the device name must be changed in the OS Settings
